You’ll receive a 2D schematic design along with clear pricing. This allows you to review the layout, scope, and investment before moving forward.

Once approved, you’ll join us in our design center for a one-on-one meeting with your designer and sales team. We’ll walk through a detailed 3D rendering, refine selections, and finalize every detail.

After the agreement is finalized, we handle all HOA submissions, city permitting, and construction documentation—ensuring everything is properly prepared and approved.
